Tom with Building Specialties in Richmond Virginia was so impressed with the service and customer friendly attitude as provided by Leigh Ann Clark, that he called Vice President of Sales David Collier to compliment Leigh Ann. "You have a very valuable employee with a customer friendly attitude and a great help in handling my Emerald Expedited shipment today." He went on to compliment Leigh Ann's commitment to excellence and the very positive way that she got the shipment through the system and made the delivery on time, providing him with the necessary updates.
