Richmond Employee receives the "Setting the Standard of Excellence" Award

Richmond, VA - Richmond Employee Mike McGowan receives "Standard Of Excellence Award"

Mike is the least senior dockworker in Richmond, but operates as though he were the most senior. Mike's BPH and work ethic are unparalleled. Mike is proficient in the handling of his paperwork, and does not allow himself to be caught up in anything that could cause his attention to falter. Mike does an excellent job dealing with our customers on terminal pickups and is very professional and willing to help when asked to do something "extra" on the dock. Mike definitely sets the standard of excellence for dockworkers in RIC
