Roanoke, VA - Roanoke Supervisor receives "Standard Of Excellence Award"

Roanoke Outbound Supervisor Keith Criner was honored with the "Setting the Standard of Excellence" award on July 28, 2008. Keith comes to work with his skates on and jumps on planning and preparing for the evening. Keith leads from the front and all on the dock understand his production expectations. Keith seldom misses close out times and he has played a key role in helping Roanoke to improve on load factor this year. He is a hard worker who always has a good attitude and sense of humor. Keith is a key member of the Roanoke team and a big part of the success of the Roanoke terminal over the years. Keith sets the standard of excellence at RKE in getting our customers' freight out on time and in reducing line haul expense.
