Notice: General Rate Increase Effective August 20, 2012

In order to maintain and enhance the services that Wilson Trucking Corporation provides for its customers, we are implementing a General Rate Increase affecting our interstate and intrastate class tariffs. This increase will be effective on August 20, 2012. Interstate class rates will be increased by an average of 6.7% across all weight breaks (including tariff minimum charge). Please note that the Minimum Charge floors will be increased by $2.00 per shipment. Overall impact per customer may vary based on average shipment weights, directionality, length of haul and the individual company’s mix of LTL and Minimum Charge shipments.

In addition to our interstate rates, our intrastate tariffs for the State of Virginia will also take an overall increase on the same date and at the same level as mentioned above.

Please note there will be no change in our existing Fuel Surcharge table published in Wilson Trucking Rules Tariff 100, Item 120.
