Linehaul Driver

Regardless of prior training and/or experience, Linehaul Drivers are required to begin their career with our company as a Dockworker/Driver. This job classification will last throughout the probationary employment period that is a period of time for the potential candidate to become familiar with our operation and for us to become familiar with the candidate. Linehaul drivers are responsible for transporting loads of LTL freight throughout our terminal system in the southeastern United States. They must be knowledgeable of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as well as the Hazardous Material Regulations. Candidates must have a Class A Commercial Driver's license with the hazardous materials and doubles endorsement and a history of safe driving. Linehaul Drivers must be able to accurately maintain a record of duty status (log book). Layovers are required in our operation with sleeping facilities being supplied by the Company. Our Linehaul Drivers are the frontline representatives of our company to the public and they are expected to conduct themselves as professionals.
